Refund policy

For The Luminary Letters Mail Club
Mails from Maine, USA via USPS First Class Mail. Editions ship before the 1st of each month. Please allow standard USPS delivery times after mailing. Most domestic orders are estimated to be 7-10 business days but vary by location.

Granddaughter Creative llc is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package is in USPS custody. If your mail club order has not arrived within 14 business days of the mail date, please reach out and we can discuss a solution.

For All Other Physical Products:
-If you received an incorrect order, don't worry! We ask that you promptly email us so we can ensure to process an expedited exchange for the correct items. 

-Granddaughter Creative llc is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package is in USPS custody.

-If an order is stuck in transit for an extended timeframe, undeliverable, or did not arrive, we ask that you await the full estimated delivery window that was initially provided when the shipment was sent out from the studio. (Upgrading to USPS Priority Mail has the benefit of detailed tracking but also guaranteed delivery covered by insurance.) Once outside of that window, Granddaughter Creative can file a claim with USPS for the original package and send out a replacement. 

-Quality is the priority in the making of Granddaughter Creative products. Should a product arrive defective or damaged, we will gladly accept the return or exchange the item with no additional charge. To process a return or exchange, please take a photo of the item upon unboxing and contact us within 7 days of delivery. In the case we are unable to replace the item, we will refund you for the item. 

-We are not responsible for damages that occur in transit, but will do our best to replace damaged products or offer a refund if a replacement is not possible. 

-Refunds or returns are offered for non-damaged/non-defective items that are unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please contact us within 14 days via email to begin the request. Return tracking number must be provided and item must be returned before refund or return can be fulfilled. 

-Eligible refunds can take 3-5 business days for processing once the item(s) are returned. Banks may have varying timeframes for the refund to reflect on the bank statement.

For Digital Products: 
Digital products such as e-books, digital guides, digital courses, digital workbooks, PDFs, downloadable or printable art, printable worksheets are not eligible for refunds or returns. Due to the nature of digital products no returns or refunds can be given.
